In the past few years Kia has transformed it's former Korean styling, that defined many of it's vehicles in the 1990's and into the early 2000's, into a more universal style that is sure to appear to car buyers globally. The man largely responsible for this evolvement is Kia designer, Peter Schreyer previously employed at Audi.

According to Schreyer, there is currently no "Koreaness" about the current Kia lineup. And he's right - at least as far as production models are concerned.

Back in 2007, Kia introduced the Kee concept vehicle. Now, almost 4 years later, the miniature sportscar may be coming back to life as the Kia Kee 9. The car will compete directly with competition from Japan, and be smaller than Kia's current compact Kia Rio.

Shown only in a few photos, the two door vehicle will have a unique body styling and interesting color options. There aren't too many close up pictures on the web, nor are there any solid images of what its interior is like. Of course, Kia design has grown up since 2007, so…
